How does collection work?
Owners receive collection-time information by Facebook message or email. Customs clearance must be completed before handover. Discharge and the journey home ↗
What happens when my pet arrives in Iceland?
We meet the animals in the airport’s pet reception area, scan their microchips and check their documents. They have time to move around, drink water and eat a little before the approximately 90-minute drive to Mósel.
How do I book a stay?
Email moseleinangrun@gmail.com or use our enquiry form. Mósel will confirm availability and the next steps by email.
Can my pet arrive on any day?
No. Arrival periods are set in advance in consultation with MAST. Check the dates and confirm a place with us before booking travel.
What is included in the price?
Airport transport, care, food and one bath and blow-dry before discharge are included. Special treatment for infection is charged separately.
Where can I find import requirements?
Consult the Icelandic Food and Veterinary Authority (MAST) for current requirements. Contact MAST about permits, certificates and import preparation.
